Has anybody had their new STi Type UK (standard spec or modified) on a rolling road? What are the figures like compared to the official ones?

Dealer I'm buying from did mention that they are meant to be pumping out between 10-15bhp more than actually stated.
Not totally certain though...could of been sales pitch....

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see them registering more than the official figures on a rolling road. My MY00 with PPP is supposed to develop 239bhp, but it tested at 255. It varies a lot with fuel type, weather and test station anyway.

Anyone know whether the UK STI can stand to lose any of its cats and still pass an MOT? Three seems really excessive...

Andy.

There is no MOT for the first three years

Not to say that you may be required to do a roadside emmissions test at some point though
