I'm off to see a mate in Egham (Surrey) and allegedly there is a BP garage selling 102 octane (at a stupid price) but slightly tempting

Has anyone tried this in a standard impreza (mine is a 93wrx decatted 2.5" exhaust only major mod) ) as surely most ecus would have to be remapped for this

I'm sure there is a BP in Brum selling this again at a stupid price but worth a try I guess.

they used to sell it here in Portsmouth but i think its gone now due to no-one using it.It was £2.42 a litre and that was 6 or so months ago so its probably nearer £3 a litre now, work out the price of a tankful for no noticeable difference whatsoever

It's just that 97 SUL isn't like by mine and many other imprezas (i know there is a huge difference in RON rating).

Imo the BP statement with about the GT2 is bollocks
