ebay exedy clutches
I am after a clutch for my terzo and have seen some people selling exedy ones on there for around £130. Has anyone brought 1 and if so how good are they. Also after a lightened flywheel if anyone has any ideas for getting hold off 1. cheers

They are OE replacement clutches. If you want an uprated one don't buy from ebay. There was a thread on this before when someone paid close to £300 for what turned out to be something other than advertised.
We stock lightweight forged flywheels for under £200 and can also supply Exedy clutches. PM me for details or email aztecperformance@gmail.com
Cheers,
Bob

As above if you want original replacement clutch then go for one of the exedy clutch kits from ebay, i paid £100 delivered and it works fine.
If your after a performance exedy clutch then try one of the many impreza specialists around. I was looking at the api lightened flywheel (think it was around £150 exchange) but the expense of it all meant a had to settle for a skimmed flywheel instead (£40)

as said lightened flywheels offer a good improvement, any car that i have had to remove the engine or box on i have always had the flywheel lightened and balanced at the same time and has never cost more than £100 inc vat

I aint got huge mods so oe would be fine. Not planning fmic as hear there cause to much turbo lag. Only reason asked about flywheel was because my clutch has been slipping on full boost for awhile and didnt know if it would need replacing.

I just fitted the exedy clutch from ebay and one of the lightweight flywheels from bob on saturday and it feels superb. Takes some getting used to but well worth the extra cost.
One thing that I have noticed is that you feel the turbo lag slightly more but the car certainly revs much quicker and engine braking seems stronger.
