Bed-in time of rear discs?
hi all, i have just changed the fr and rr discs the fronts seem fine all the coating has gone to leave a nice clean disc surface but the rears are taking ages why is this?

No dont try stoping quickly, thats how you glaze them.
The rears take longer as they do not do as much braking as the rears.
Just keep puting the miles on them nice and slowly, that will be the best way.

Because 85 percent of your braking is done through your front discs. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
You'd be amazed how much longer the rear pads last than the fronts.
