Ebay advice on unpaid item
I sold a watch on ebay on Tuesday (Of which I requested that payment be made three days after the auction has closed).
However, it seems that the winning bidding is not going to pay up. I do have contact with him, but he just keeps asking me questions which I have already clearly answered... one of his questions is "could he return it, if the item in question turned out to be a fake" and I replied that I only sell genuine articles, but if he is not satisfied I am willing to refund... what annoys me is he could of asked me these questions beforehand and before making the winning bid
Its seems unlikely that he will pay, so just wanted some advice on what to do here... shall I report to ebay? (would there be any point?) also how can I make the watch available to the next highest bidder?

Suggest you give the winning bidder an ultimatum, point out that on the listing your payment terms were 3 days and you are only able to give him a further 24 hours to pay via paypal after which time you will offer the item to the next highest bidder and mark him as a no payer with -ve feedback.
Be prepared for him to give you -ve feed back in return.. cause the ebay fedback system is fundamentally flawed. If you dont want that to happen leave neutral and hope he just leaves neutral in return.
The above feedback thing REALLY gets on my t1ts...
