Black wheels need cleaned and treated tyres....
otherwise the "dirty" looking tyres bring the "look" down....

I personally don't like black wheels on a WRB scoob as there's not enough contrast.
Black wheels look fantastic on white/black/silver and grey..
I've though about white on my wrb scoob, but keeping them clean would be an issue..
A lightish anthracite looks good or a real bright silver..
All IMO of course..

I had the wheels on my 03 WRB STI redone in black/chrome:
You can't really tell from that picture, but they looked niiice. I had the wheels on my current (white) STI redone in anthracite, but I'm not sure how good they would have looked on a blue car.
