15,000 mile Oil Service
Hello. I have a Forester Sti, booked it into local Subaru garage for the 15,000 mile oil service. My brother has the same car and took his to the same garage for the same service. However his service was £63 cheaper. The only difference on the invoice was I had an oil flush (?). Also his took half an hour, mine took an hour and a half. Does anyone have any idea why this would occur. I am going to call the garage on Monday but dont want to fling accusations around without abit more knowledge. Thank you

Your not suppose to have oil flushes on those, its just an oil change, id have a word with the service manager to see why they did an oil flush and is it common practice for them to do so on all turbocharged engines (or just call them not saying who you are and ask do they do oil flushes on turbo'd cars).
