Mine are similar to John.
My car is mapped @ 1.25 - 1.3 bar so the alarm warns of spikes.
The radiator fans should cut in @ 96C - 97C so if it goes much higher (100C) then it could mean a problem.
When "playing" my oil temp hovers around 100C - 105C so I set the top end alarm figure to remind me to ease up & let things settle down for a bit.

- Battery voltage low 9.5 volts
- Battery voltage high 15 volts
- Boost pressure 1.35 bar
- Coolant temperature 100C
- Oil temperature 105C
