FedUp - Life is full of changes.

Most of them are positive, some are not...

Whe things stop changing and adapting they die out. Would you really want this board to die?

Hmm. Sorry, but I've heard the same things being said (on both sides) for the last 2 1/2 years! I may only have been registered with this user name for a few months, but I originally registered in March 1999. In my (humble) opinion, the BBS is at its best ever, with the various recently-added forums such as the Muppet Forum, and restructuring with DriveTrain, Technical, etc etc has made keeping up with the posts much more manageable. There'll always be the true idiots (thankfully not too many), and lots of extremely knowledgeable and helpful people.

However.. the General Forum is now starting to get silly with the number of posts - perhaps we need a few more forums (fora )for some stuff? E.g. :

- I HATE... forum
- New to Scoobyland! forum
- FAQ forum with about a dozen posts dated 2100 with useful info in, where the messages can be edited by any moderator
- Dawes forum

Just a few ideas!

Cheers
Richard

Jerry, I don't think anyone has a problem with you having an opinion, just don't try to force it on everyone. If you don't like what's here, don't come!

The only person who can decide if the Muppet Show is a waste of space is Simon. If you don’t like it, don’t go in there.

Cool

Been on and off here since about Jan 2000 and agree with what Bitten Hero has said. Times change and sometime I look at the posts on here and read nothing interesting, otherdays I cannot spare enough time to look at all of them as I get hooked into a few interesting topics etc..
The muppet forum is great, you can relax and read a few funny jokes, or what ever...
perhaps a few extra forums would be good, but then what would end up in the general forum if we had a forum for every thing..
Ever wondered if it is you that has changed Fedup?
Perhaps the board with its thousands of members should change because you are not happy with it... ?? perhaps there is a larger amount of people who feel the same as you but it is only a small percentage of the total users..
I hope you change your mind and gain the Scoobynet bug again...
I had to leave for 6months due to work and am now back and loving it as much if not more than before I left...
Cheer up, life is too short mate!
I think Simon (and his helpers) is/are doing a great job... keep it up ppl...

Ho ho JGM
