Default european headlights

hi guys just wondering if anyone knows where i can get hold of european headlights as i work in germany and need their equivalent of an MOT and obviously uk lights shine off to the wrong side of the road. My car is a 54 plate wrx sti which i am picing up this weekend. I have asked the dealer and they said they cannot get me any (whether they are mugging me off i don't know) but i still need some so any help would be great.
cheers

Any foreign dealer will source you some, they ALL drive on the right, so Holland, France etc.

Try also breakers in those countries.

Any dealer in Germany will be able to sort it for you!

Good luck with the TÜV, they can be a real pain in the ar$e when it comes to approving UK cars - Some are OK though - luck of the draw really!

Make sure they use a proper 4 wheel rolling road - they have been known to just jack up the rear end and have destroyed diffs in the process! The Scooby is not well known in Germany and many of the TÜV guys will have never seen one before! Safest bet is to get a local dealer to handle getting it through the TÜV on your behalf, rather than taking it to a TÜV centre yourself!

Where are you in Germany! There's quite a few Ex-Pat scooby owners over here

I don't know which part of Germany you're in, but if it's a problem with cheap headlights from breakers you can really also try in Poland. Give me a shout in need, maybe I could help you then.

You can also try new Moretti's:
Morette quad headlights Impreza GT [S-009722950KPL] - 555.56 EUR : 4turbo.pl, Online shop

But they're a bit more expensive and I'm not sure if they have German TUV.

Cheers

I am in the forces and i live in Bergen Belsen near hannover but am in the uk at the moment as i am on leave and that is where i have bought the car from. I was hoping to try and get my lights before i go back across as i am on exercise straight away for a month and you only get 6 weeks to get your car sorted, plus i have not idea where the nearest dealer is where i am based as i have only just got based there a few weeks ago.

So try to use internet shopping
I think you have enough time to get the package from any place in Europe
