Smile Best Exhaust for STi 2.5 Hawkeye

Im collecting my STi tonight, after 3 months out of one I need one back

I am planning remap, exhaust and fuel pump, just wondered if someone could recomend the best exhaust to go for for max power, something thats not to noisy on the low revs but gets going at higher like my old APS system

Too much choice TBH, on my 2.5 STi I have a H&S Sports cat DP, Decat rear centre, straight pipe into a Nur Spec S, absolutely love it and road mapped to a sensible 289/323 at the wheels. If I were doing it all again I would be seriously considering the Roger Clark 3" systems as I have been for my classic scoob.

How much do you want to spend?

3" Revolution decat for about £500?

not too noisey would not be the nur spec as above you will find what you are lookin for in an afterburner vortex back box and centre section with a hayward and scott sports cat.

I wouldn't quite agree with that, the Blitz S sounds better and isn't as noisy as the setup you describe that I had before.

I thought your BB was a Vortex 'Irish Style' rather than the Scoobyworld Afterburner, not sure they sound the same in DB or tone ?

Revolution system comes well recomended and can't be argued at for being very good value

Silent & Nur Spec don't normally go together in the same sentence.

Another shout for the Afterburner Vortex system, along with the Blitz variations for the Hawkeye, I'd put it up there as the best.

Aye, but you still need to add on the 3" downpipe price too.

Mine from H&S cost about £370, wrapped.

I'm not sure that a Magnex (or any other Subaru exhaust) is going to be a good fit on your new Nissan GTR though is it???
