WRX 95 ....what next for upgrades
Bear with me, I dont do these sort of threads that often..honest
Girlfriend has a 95 WRX and although between a few of us, we have tweaked and improved various things, she still wants more power (as well as some new shoes, boots , handbag etc ).
Car was currently dyno'd at the weekend as 264BHP and 250.8 Torque.
It has the following already done.
Sti 5 intercooler
Decat complete system
NO DV as it blanked off at the TMIC
It has standard injectors for that year and model, standard airbox and fuel pump. It also has had the resonator removed (the fine details on this are unknown at this time..as I not mechanical enough to describe it , though it looks similar to a intake pipe )
I am guessing that we are looking at uprating the injectors, fuel pump etc, but was wondering what the brains of SN think .
BTW she wants to see a safe 300BHP

To be honest you would be better off putting the standard dump valve back on.
If you have decatted all the exhaust including the downpipe then it would be a good idea to get a new ECU and get it remapped.
After that I would start looking for some 4 pot calipers and disks from a 99 spec car, as the standard brakes on an early WRX are ****e!!

Brakes are already sorted

The car previously had the ESL/Scoobyecu chip fitted, and noticed a massive difference. The car pulls a lot harder, and smoother.
I'm not too technically minded, so you'll have to bear with me on my explanation...... but it is something like a replacement board on the ECU (rather than just a chip), that keeps the factory settings for idle/knock control etc, but makes the ECU mappable for boost/fuelling etc.
