Sorrys peeps, what exhaust do you need in order to the cracking sound with gear changes?

Check this out:

It sounds amazing at the following times:
around 1.17-1.20, 1.54, 2.01-2.04, 2.20-2.25ish and so forth

What do you need in order to get an exhaust sounding like that, but without it affecting fuel economy/performance and without getting done by police?
