how much cheaper should a cat D car be
lookin to buy a cat D 2007 STI JDM impreza.
Want to keep it when it is repaired, but worrying that should I need to move it on l8r, what as a % it would be worth next to a perfect car?
So therefore if it costs 4-5k to repair wonder what I should pay for it?
any ideas lads?

Generally LOTS cheaper - I think your problem will be selling it all once fixed, there is a limited market for repaired Cat D cars as most buyers will be put off unless the car is a lot cheaper. Theres plenty of Imprezas out there so buyers can take their pic, and if the difference isnt that great I imagine most would choose a non Cat D one.
