Default Body flexing

Hi all,
I've had problems with my car basically a knocking noise. specially noticeable when doing slow speed. Had it in a garage who said i mite need drop links.

So I spent 100 quid on whitelines drop links, had them fitted and now the noise is still there. Ive took the car bak and they hav said it could be the bodywork flexing as the chassis and suspension is so firm.

Is this true, coz to me it sounds likea mechanical thing.

Well garage hav said that the rear damper cud be the problem atm it won't need changing but further on it will do.

So i will need to get all four done most probably. Whats the process to take the damper of. I mean how many hours labour do u reckon.

Cheers
