Default WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WRX AND STI

I have a WRX 1995 and thinking about getting a WRX STI is there a major difference in performance?

There wasnt a 1995 WRX STI..... In 1995 Subaru only offered the altered production WRX STI Type-RA. It was retro-converted from a series production Type-RA, available only in whte, with a DCCD and a roof vent. The car produced 275PS as opposed to 260PS for the standard WRX/WRX Type-RA and theyre as different as chalk and cheese.
