Default spoiler help

hi all just been offered by a mate tonight a 2002 bugeye sti spoiler for my 2003 blobeye wrx is it the same as the blobeye sti ,looks wise and will it fit ok

Yep it'll fit using the 4 holes - better if you use at least 4 more holes/ bolts in the centre part though

is it genuine or a replica? reps may need 1 or more of the origional hole enlarging to get the bolt it (my DRM sti8 rep did)

If it's a genuine spoiler, you will need to have a bootlid with 12 holes in it, or get the drill out.

yes its a genuine one but that sounds hard
would a bugeye bootlid fit a blobeye

i think the lids are the same - sure it's just the bumper which is different for the rear lights?
you don't need to drill all 12 holes - use the origional 4 and maybe another 4 near the centre along with some stikoflex/ tiger seal

some peeps on here just use the origional 4 holes without problems
