I've seen a few mentions of de-catted systems producing flames from the rear box.
I must admit that it sounds pretty cool, but does it cause any internal damage? Also, what exactly is it that provokes them flames? Just call me a born worrier
Ta,
Matt

Unburnt fuel + combustion source = flames
Don't know about the flames, but my full SS decat system does a lovely line in popping and banging with the unburnt fuel
And sounds LUVVERLY too

Hi Matt,
I bent one of those wheels in the snow, havent got a spare have you?
I'm told mine does it with just the straight pipe and standard filter, no DV etc changing down for a corner, nearly melted my mates TVR, (well made him pull back a bit )
Cheers
Andy

Sorry Andy no, but you can have the space saver if you want
Thanks for the info guys, I'm just running an ITG filter, not induction kit, so sounds like a lot of noise is all I've got to look forward to.
