Fuel Leak

Just noticed a slight fuel leak from my classic round about the tank area.On further investigation i found that the filler neck has corroded at the bottom and become porus anyone else had this problem is it a replace job?

I've noticed a fuel leak on mine. Filled up for £50 and in 200 miles i needed more.
