The ex that I was seeing when I bought my scoob hated it.
He kept going on and on and on about how his bike was so much better, yadday, yadda *yawn* zzzzzzz I gave up listening in the end
Eventually we parted company for other reasons [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] but the car was one of the reasons - he gave me an ultimatum the day before I found out he was cheating on me - its either me or the car!!! What an idiot LOL

Well in all honesty I am sick of hearing how *women* don't like my car, they do this to my car, they do that.
There are females who ARE passionate about scoobs, own our own and can drive.

He doesn't hate it, cos it's his, I get to drive it Monday to Friday. He has it back at the weekend.The BEST BIT is he fills it up with SUL at the weekend and I roar round Essex all week, and surprise,surprise, it's empty again by Saturday. He must really love me!

I feel guys love to see women driving fast cars (as long as they have a fast car themselves) When I drive my boyfriends P1 (which is quite often woohoo!) and guys look, at the car first, then they see a young chick driving, their faces drop, thinking Wow!!! Fantastic!
When a scooby drives past us, my boyfriend shouts scooby! then he`ll shout Its a woman!

Scoobies were meant to be driven by us girls....
All my male pals are dead jealous, and always begging
me for a 'shot of the car'.
I see no reason why we shouldn't enjoy driving them
as much as the guys. I *like* 'burning' Cossy Drivers
and those young boy racers who think they are 'it'.

Was going to post this myself, but thought I'd be the only one! Mine is not keen, telling me to slow down, that its ugly, etc etc. Mind you he's good enough to keep quiet most of the time. But you are so right Michelle, it does make me laugh some of the downer bloke comments on here

I hate it when my better half drives OUR (as I keep getting reminded ) Evo. But that's only because it means I can't drive it 
She has said though that she quite often gets lots of dirty looks from blokes (especially the rep brigade in their BM's and Merc's) but then she does tease them, blow them a kiss and then blow them away

My ex never appreciated my original MY98 when it arrived gleaming on the drive...complained about the suspension (especially after Id lowered it)...said it made too much noise(after Id stuck a Magnex on it)and would annoy the neighbours...moaned about the cost of all the mods and could never understand why I needed a Kenwood unit when "Radio Five Live doesnt sound any better on that than a regular head set".Fortunately he was "exxed" by the time Id collected my P1 to add to the collection...so I can annoy the neighbours in peace wiv me Scoobysport downpipe and Prodrive back box....oh and the b/f thinks its great....but then he would lol considering he drives an Impreza RA Group N!
