just been quoted £117 a tire for Toyo Proxes TS1s... zat sound right? Sounds a bit expensive to me...

Dealer is a small place called Goodfellow's tyre bar in Cockermouth, Cumbria. Don't hold these tyres on stock but can usually get them within 48hrs. Very helpful and really respect your alloys, unlike some places.

Ouch ...£117 is expensive. I recently paid £88 all inclusive, at Hi-Speed tyres in Rochdale.
