power fold mirror wiring loom

Hi all, can anyone tell me if the uk spec 2004 scooby has got the wiring loom for power fold mirrors, I was told some time back that the Jap spec has them fitted as standard and the connection is present, any help would be great before I go to the trouble of stripping the door panel,
