Apparently the given torque figure would indicate that 276 horsepower is a bit of a white-lie and that it is actually more than that.
I can't remember the formula for how horsepower is directly equated from torque and my brain would melt if I did...
No doubt some of the other guys on here will enlighten us?
Regards,
Squizz.

Closer to 350bhp.
Japanese gentlemans agreement means they always say 280bhp.
You can take them up to approx. 550bhp before you need to change engine internals.
Middlehurst will charge approx. 12k to get your Skyline there. And you get to keep your warranty too!
I have been told 15k would get an R34 behaving the way I would really like it too, whatever that is

I somehow very boubt the standard car has 350BHP, ive driven 3 R34's and even ordered one once. I would be suprised if the std power is more than 290-300 max! Middlehurst are the most priciest tuner in the country, Abbey Motorsport know their Skylines well so do Option.
Boost Resctictors can be removed to allow a max of 310BHP not much more and this is a mod you can make to a standard car, shame I don't have any room for one now, still wouldn't mind one.
