Dent removal

some nice **** decide to dent my i've various options but have seen paintless dent removal guys are they really any good?

Where in the country are you? I know a good one but he's based around south bucks.

I'm in dorset unfortunately but we do have ChipsAway and many others but i'm wondering is there a standard to be met or can any cowboy have a go.

must have happened in the last couple of days, it's repairable but how easy i'm not sure.
I've phoned a couple of paintless dent removal companies just now and it's possibly too big for them but i do have a bodyshop mate who hopefully can sort it out (cheaply would be nice
