As above i would like to purchase some Sti headlights for my bug wrx. I have read some where that the JDM models have different motors for adjusting the beam (rules out jap breakers) so i would like to know where to buy UK spec ones. i.e. cheapest.

I got my UK spec STI headlights off ebay. They come up occasionally, but tend to be quite expensive.
I wouldn't rule out JDM spec lights though as you can get any wiring harnesses you need from this guy,

You will need these for UK or JDM lights as the WRX lamp connectors are different to the STI ones. You can buy the levelling harness if you want, but it isn't absolutely necessary (unless you use your levelling a lot at the moment).

JDM headlights are HID, whereas the UK STi uses a projector beam bulb.

I wasn't aware the level adjuster could be different, but once you have them set for MOT's do you ever adjust them?

I'd go for JDM units if you can find them.
