met my brothers girlfriend the otherday she said you got a boy racers car, dont now why but that pi??ed me right off i dident now what to say

This is just the general view of people with no idea about cars. Its normally just because they dont have any interest in them... and have different social circles to us. I could say I dont care, but it does **** me off as i'm young. I dont have a brother so dont have the experience of how he would react...but I would just tell her to shut her F*ckin mouth.

My girlfriend says it to me all the time to try winde me up "your a boy racer bla bla bla" and i say "i know i am and i love it" that really pisses her off.

Course it is. If the Impreza with it's scoops, noise and spoilers etc. is not the archetypical boy racers car then what is!!

I wouldn't worry about it. I have had it said to me. I just agree with them. even though i don't actually agree.

Boy racers car....mmmmm you should see the looks I get when people pass me on the motorway, I think it's the flap's...lol
