has any 1 come across springs that can be adjusted, like coilovers? does anybody knw what they are like? advantages/disadvantages?

Sorry but I dont think they exist. Cant imagine there being much strength in an adjustable spring. If by adjust, you mean they can compress, then yes there are alot of adjustable springs going about. lol just havin a laugh. What do you mean by adjustable?

no seriously i was amazed aswell when i went to USA i saw it specially for the classic shape scoobys. its like a spring with a thing in the middle, i think it was called a perch or sum ****. any ideas?

Nope no ideas, but I'll definetly have a search on the net tomorrow night. Have to say I'm very surprised as you would think it would make the spring too weak/useless?

but bearing in mind when you carry passengers at the rear the spring gets compressed but then again thats for a while isnt it. thats what im tryin to find out, its kinda difficult to work out the way it formulates.
