Best decision you can make in your scooby ownership is to use Mocoms
View my scooby for their tuning, but I also have my servicing done there. Zak at Mocoms was servicing Mike's (Essexboy30) Time Attack car there on Saturday.
They are very busy but worth the wait. Send a PM and post up in ESC section, I doubt he has finshed his long day yet and probably hasn't clocked the messages.

As the others have said, hang in there, leave a message or email and he will get back.
Sadly Zak doesn't have a sexy little receptionist to log his calls... he does the calls and the work... so does struggle sometimes to get to the phone....
But he will take good care of your car and offer great advice....
And yes Yak is helping me again with time attack and i hope i do him & the "ESC" a great justice!

Can only agree with the above, Zak and Luke can see to all your scoobs needs. Bear with Zak he will get back to you, as mike and stu have said he does the work and the calls.

Me (MY03 STi) and my brother (MY04 JDM STi) use Mocom for our servicing and tuning, nothing but good reports from us, very happy with all their work, very professional and very knowledgeable!
Zak can be hard to get hold of sometimes but it's worth the wait.

Zak is brilliant... can't say any more than that.......
Don't know how he fits all the work he does into one day, so as others have said, he does get busy, so leave the message and he will get back to you...

Thanks for all your support and kind comments guys
Mozza, if you call between 9.30 and 5pm we now have someone very nice answering the phone, if it's outside these hours you may get the answerphone and my best advice would be to leave a message, one of us will return your call at our earliest opportunity - if there's no message we have no way of knowing you've called
I spend most of my time mapping which means I am unable to answer calls for most of the day/evening/night but one of us will get back to you.
Right, I'm off to go play Simtek

Hey im booked in finally and am happy with the price they quoted me for my cambelt change.
Did have the 'pleasure' of ringing nearly every scooby tuning company in the search for a good deal for a service, there are so good people out there and some different prices.
Looking fwd to getting it done now.

I chip in and help or take other stuff down with me that I can fit while they are doing their stuff.
A previous time I went down there, Luke taught me how to change a cambelt and helped every step of the way with advice and a helping hand.
I really couldnt fault it.
Sure it is cold down there, sure there isnt a lot to do, but how many waiting rooms are that much fun anyway ?
Geometry was great fun as we set it up with me in the car to get it handling just right
