Water spray
I'm thinking of getting a water spray kit as i really don't want to go the FMIC route, if anyone knows anything about them could you please give some advice on the following:
Thanks
- Will it fit to a Standard 93 WRX
- Will it make any difference to performance
- are there any kits available
Thanks

You just missed one on ebay mate, I was watching it and tempted but i think it went up to about £50.. That was for a proper one out of an STI. You can buy generic kits.
You can fit it to a WRX but the wiring is not there so you will need to create the loom yourself, there are pin outs for all the switches on here if you do a search.
Wether its actually a benefit or gimmik is another question, it works for the rally cars, but maybe its of little use on the road, but hey its up to you if you fit it

Jap Performance Parts : Parts for Sale they sell original water spray kits.
It depends on what power you want from the car and what you want to do with car (trackday, hillclimbs etc)

When I bought my car, dealer said i/c waterspray was a gimmick and was only there as Mitsubishi had them. I've had a few sprays, does nowt. Think it is meant to be of more use in hot weather, so shall try in the summer

If you can find the budget you need water injection....
Not cheap, sprays water into the hot compressed air from the turbo to cool it down. Helps keep your engine intact, or allows more power !
