I have a newage STI PPP.
Seen loads on here about which oil but can't find what appears to be a proper answer as to which grade is best. NO track days, a bit of "right foot action" every now and again but nothing too hardcore

Any ideas??????

Look in the manual mate, get the grade Subaru suggest and the brand, or if you want the best protection go for an Ester based fully synth of the grade Subaru recommend e.g. Silkolene Pro S
