Default Some advice on sorn please

My tax and mot are up at the end of this month but I need to do a few jobs to get it through the mot
But I wont be able to get the jobs done in time so im thinking it would be better to sorn it which I can do on line but how do I un sorn it do I just get it mot ed and then tax it ?

Yep that's exactly what you do. Remember to book the MOT incase you get stopped on route to test.

Oh, and just make sure you don't park the car on the road while it is SORN'd.

Thanks the car will be on my drive way till all the jobs are done so I wont be on the road at all
