Help fitting new turbo
#1
When the turbo as been fitted is there special oil you need.
I.e when fitting camshaft you need to use lube.
Do you have to start the car up for a while then change the oil.

Make sure that as said if its a new turbo not a secondhand that you pre-lube the bearing before start-up, also disconnect the coil leads to enable a bit of oil pressure to be achieved before start-up.
Just be carefull to keep everything as clean as poss when reconnecting oil feed lines, if poss take them off and blow them through with an air line or similar.
