I have an UK my04 and have a knocking coming from the front, normally noticed when slowing to a halt on the brakes. Ive had the rear shocks replaced because they were knocking but cant tell if this is the same? Ive had the front roll bar changed and the Anti lift kit fitted. Sometimes you can notice the knocking coming through the steering too, but cant really tell if thats cos im just hitting bumps in the road....

anyone got any ideas or experience of the problem?

Sound like to could be the ARB link bushes wearing - did they get replaced with the front end work?
Is there a clonk going over speed bumps as well?

clonking at random really, clonks when i press the brake pedal too

Hard to tell without experiencing, but i've had the front shocks replaced for clonking.

You'll be outta warranty now though.

i suspect its a bush of some osrt, due an mot soon so ill get them to have a look and replace where necessary with bright shiny yellow ones
