Default bugger

just went to start my scoob and it wouldnt fire, 3 times turning over and wouldnt fire then on 4th go....half way through the turning over it fired into life....did it yesterday aswell.....i reckon it might be the spark plugs? any ideas>? help please!

Do all the usual winter checks (lights, coolant, oil level, washer bottle as its an offence to have it empty etc), ensure your HT leads are in good condition and that there is no moisture on them, also when were your spark plugs changed? if you cant answer that question then id say you need them changed (should be every 3 years on the service schedual for a classic) oh and some wd40, comes in handy

Could be coolant temp. sensor.. Does it run like a pig until its warmed up atall?

dont know when plugs were changed last....thought it was sparks. nah the car runs fine all the time just yesterday and today its decided to play up. it starts fine now no problems at all.

ahh ye.....what sparks should i buy? its a M reg turbo WRX?
