Spec C Springs on a WRX ?

Spec C Springs on a WRX ?
I have an 07 WRX Impreza, will the spec C springs fit my car, if so does anyone know if they will lower it at all and if so by how much ?

As far as I'm aware they should. I was offered a set of Spec C suspension which I was advised would be a straight swap. Don't know about the springs on their own though. Try posting in Suspension or General Technical.
