The Lombard / Network Q over the years on TV
Been over to my folks today to sort out some stuff left there since moving home....
Came across some of my 100's of video's collected over the last 20yrs years of motorsport on TV.
I found my collection of many years of Lombard & Network Q rally's..wow what footage & live footage I have...
also Came across the Lombard RAC rally from 1993...good old Colin Mcrae in his first drive in the famously known classic impreza, partnered by the legendary Ari Vattenen.....
Although some of the video tapes date back as far as 1988 the quality is still near perfect considering their age...So I just had to Watch Colins attempt at winning the 93 Lombard until his car failed prior to the end of the rally...brilliant footage.....
needless to say I'm gonna be a couch potato for a while reviewing some of the motortsport I have captured on video over the years....plus try and find time to transfer them to DVD to condense the library a little....

great find it is too....I have footage of all sorts from Rally, Rally Cross, James Hardy 1000 - which became the Tooheys 1000...BTC, and loads of other stuff...
I have recorded every single F1 GP since the late 80's...inc qualifying...
is that anorak stuff or what....mind I do have some great history on tape...
The missus caught me loading the car with some of my old collection....then a loud Oiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii came from the window....I wonder why.....
