I need the windscreen replacing on my UK Impreza MY00 (Deep blue mica). Any idea what colour the tint is? RAC Auto Windscreens say it could be blue or green. Looks greeny blue ish... - anyone know for definite?

Just had mine done and apparantly it's blue, according to autoglazing.co.uk who fitted it (recommend them - by far the cheapest quote, came out quickly and did a top quality job) - although both the 'blue' tinted replacement screen and the original both looked clear to me. It's only a very, very light tint.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. I had just decided it was green! Like you say its difficult to tell. Hopefully they can get both screens in and fit the right one.

Had mine done with Autoglass last year and was told green was correct colour. Bloke who came to fit the screen confirmed this.

Try putting a piece of plain paper against the interior of the screen and looking at it from the outside.
