2003-2004 manufactures options/standard equipment

2003-2004 manufactures options/standard equipment
hi guys,
i have been looking at a few 2003/2004 WRX STi sales brochures and apperrently the WRX STi came with cruise control and HID's as standard. Now this was a generic brochure rather than the Type UK specific brochure.
if the generic/european/world market STi had CC and HIDs how come the Type UK didn't??
also did the WR1 come with either of these two options???
