is red on a 96 impreza lacquered?
as title basicly 
iv seen a impreza for sale, i think its a 1996, the roof and bumpers and wings look a bit faded, its bright red, will this be lacquered? or will it be just paint, so it can be polished up? thanks.

Probably be single stage paint but crack out the PC\UDM\Rotary and you'll be amazed with the results.
