Default Which pipe do I cut to fit boost gauge...

Have tried posting on technical section but only had one reply.

Please can someone let me know as I want to fit it tonight.......

Depends on the model year.

Quite a few Scoobs have an unused spigot on the top front n/s of the intake manifold, covered with a rubber cover.

Just pull the cover off if it's there and slide the boost pipe over the spigot.

I didn't cut into mine, i undid the hose from the dump valve, inserted the 'T' piece and then added a small piece of hose back to the DV. That way if you ever need to remove the gauge, the hose won't be too short. Just a thought

Wish I had of waited for that suggestion - too late done it now !!

Just got to find a place to route it into the car now.....

ther's a rubber grommet on the drivers side in the bulkhead wo route the pipe through - if i remember correctly it enters the cabin just above the pedals

It does indeed, just above the clutch pedal.

Thanks for all your responses, gauge in and working now. Shows peak boost of about 19PSI which is about what I thought it would be
