Default TD05 on eBay

Came across this add on fleabay: TD05 Turbo

Not mine, just thought the price was good and might be a bargain for someone.

Id get it checked out before putting it on the car. No doubt it would need reconditioning.

would this bolt straight onto a 95 wagon import?

i thought the early classics were td05 as standard

it will bolt straight on but would of thought it would need mapping or ecu change to make use of the extra boost and stop fuel cut

No, the car mentioned has a TD04. Yes it would "bolt straight on...", but you couldnt use the standard ECU: youd need a Z4.

as far as i know the wagons came with TD04`s and it was the saloons that came with 05`s
