Default faulty sensor?

anyone any idea's as im completely stupmed, once the car has been driven for a few mins it begins to fail to accelarate, i can hold my foot down flat the revs pick up then suddenly start dropping right down to about 1000rpm ish and wont pick up again even with the accelartator completely depressed, just changed the maf as comon failure on MY99

any ideas guys?

coils?, coolant temp sensor?

Lambda sensor?? Does the engine fault light come on?

no CEL lights at all, i have re-set ecu a few times and still nothing detected, ive been told its not the lambda as the problem would happen at lower revs, as it uses an open loop at higher revs/boost etc
