Default spark plug question

i have a uk2000 on a t plant runing 280bhp 275t
wot plugs are best for my car

i have got NGK PFR6B 0.8gap
so if i put in NGK PFR7B 0.7gap
will this give me a bit moor boost
the reson i arsk this i had the plugs done and then i loost a bit of boost
but i do not no wot waz in the car to start with
many thanks

The plugs themselves will not give you more boost. Although it is reccomended that you use a colder plug(7s) when running higher boost. If the car is struggling with the 6s, misfiring or being blown out then its possible the ecu is pulling boost off

thanks fella when i start the car it gets hot on the left side qwk
but the right takes a lot longer i did put radweld in so have i bloked the tubo up if so wot is the best way to flush the rad and tubo out

I wouldn't dream of putting rad weld in my car mate - I was a bit concerned using it in my mini 12 years ago!!
