Default Last Orders At The Old Opie Oils Website...

Hello all,
We have a very special offer for you starting today.

Within the next few weeks the current opieoils website (Opie Oils) will be no more as we have a new one on its way... More about that later!

To give our old website a good send off we are giving 20% off all oils, filters and spark plugs.

This offer will run for the next week or so at http://www.opieoils.co.uk

If you do not have a Members Area access code you can request one here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/Members.aspx

Features on our new website will include our ‘Recommend me a Product’ service which will enable car and motorcycle owners to search the Opie Oils database for products suitable for their vehicles. This will be particularly useful for those who aren’t sure what engine oil, gear oil or filter their car takes. You will also be able to search by specifications, viscosities and OE Approvals.

Other features will be a Technical Info Section, Car and Bike Service Pack Section, Car & Bike Clubs Sections, Sponsored Cars Section and the "Street Gallery" where our customers can submit pictures and specs of their car (provided they have an Opie Oils sticker on it) for everyone to enjoy plus much, much more!

So, whilst we wave goodbye to the old website and welcome the new one, grab a last minute bargain!

Cheers

Guy and the Opieoils.co.uk team.

Oh, I'd better rush then .......................

Another 'SALE' ........ Opieoils are like MFI and World of Leather - the days where there are NO sales are the 'Special Days!!'

Good luck with the new website

I have to hand it to Oilman ...... he posts the same adverts all over the Motoring Forums, from Alfas to Zendens - good luck to them

As an example, I use FUCHS Titan XTR 10w-40 Semi in my cars ..... they have it on Extra, Extra, Extra, Last Minute, Old WebSite, Special Offer at £19:99 for 5 Litres - I can buy it today, tomorrow and could have yesterday at £12:99 from my chosen supplier

More than 50% CHEAPER

He's authorised to advertise on here so why shouldn't he. Whether you take him up on the latest offer or not is entirely up to you If you don't like what he's selling or think you can get it cheaper elsewhere then good for you.

No need for the sarky comments though.

You wouldn't like it if it was your business you were trying to promote.

Pete
I hear Comma oils are calling in the reciever now that you're not using their finest?
Spend more than 30 quid (5 litres of good oil and a filter is well over that!) and it's post free. That's handy.
JohnD
PS £12.99 is 65% of £19.99 so it's 35% cheaper? But £19.99 is 53.8% dearer than £12.99! Don't you just love %'s Got to get the wording right though, Pete

...wiper blades, non-standard parts, dump valves & knocklinks.

As you get older, you get grumpy and easily irritated. With Pete, he read that all wrong and got grumpy and irritating.

Not sure stating facts is trolling??

Why would someone Infract because I state that I can buy the same stuff much cheaper elsewhere?

You are welcome to the link

dunno, but it could be classed as breach of t's and c's.

something in them about comments relating to price matching etc. couple guys got a bollocking recently in the for sale section for it. believe t5olf had a reet go at someone for something similar.

dunno if it counts all round the board though pete. ask the question in policy???

Ah, don't bother me - I think it's pathetic, thats all ...... it's only 1 point

I wasn't even talking about price matching ....... Opie Oils couldn't match the best prices I secure

I just thought it a bit odd that I can buy Oil for £12:99 anyday of the week, any month of the year ... and that same Oil which is on Special Offer at £19:99 with OpieOils Simply the difference shocked me.

If Pete can buy the same oil cheaper then good for him, I dont confess to be the cheapest on all oils Pete is just picking one of many... The Fuchs XTR 10w-40, you can buy Mobil 1 from Costco for much less then you can from me but I am not going to loose sleep over it, they dont deliver to your door.

Same oil, different service and the choice is down to consumer as has been said before.

Cheers

Guy.

Tut tut!

It's actually £15.99 in the Members Section at the moment and delivered to your door. £3 for courier next day as well................cost more than that

Glad to see you're using a decent oil these days, Silkolene's parent company made in Germany

Nice to hear from you again, you superstar!

Cheers

£15:99 Delivered isn't bad at all.

It shows as £19:99 on the website, thats the info I had available to me.

I've just bought 15 litres for my Oil changes next year at a cost of £38:97 - but I did have to collect it myself ........ the Oil price is high so I have stocked up

Nice to see you around again Oilman - I have missed you and your smart 'marketing' ..... I do admire the number of reasons you have for throwing a sale I look forward to the next one

Good luck with your new website, I'm sure you will have some 'New Website' Offers after the 'Old Website' Offers have ended
