Help needed ASAP!
I have my MOT on Saturday morning and i have only now realised that my rear clusters do not have a fog light!!
Here are my clusters:
Does anyone here have similar clusters?
I do have the standard clusters but one of them is broke....(the one with the fog light is ok)
Im assuming i will not pass the MOT without a rear fog light?

does not matter if the clusters are different,it should pass so long as all the rear lights work and the fog light is on the proper side

Cheers,
Im going to put the right hand side standard cluster on for the MOT which has the fog light working.
How do i remove the clusters?
They have a lip which runs behind the small bodywork panel strip just under the lights so i cant just pull them straight off

Just had a look and i can only see 4 bolts.
It looks like you have to move the unit up before pulling them away from the car. The plastic lip is on the bottom left hand corner of the cluster (when looking at the one on the right). The standard clusters dont have this plastic lip.

Just remove one of your clear reversing lamps, fit a nice bright red lamp and swap one wire around (cut reverse wire and connect fog wire in place of), then just swap them back later.

My car has Sti clusters on the back, and the right hand reversing light has been swapped for a red bulb and connected up to the fog light switch - much tidier than having a fog light stuck under your bumper, and means that you are legal for reversing ( as you only need one light ) and more importantly, you actually have a fog light, which could come in handy to stop some idiot ploughing into the back of you on a foggy day ( and I dare say they could argue you were at fault if you didnt have a legal fog light ! ).
