The classified sections are a subscription area of the site. Free to browse, but you need to pay to register and post there.
Click on the member upgrade options or go to the Paid Subscriptions options in the Control Panel settings, and you can select which parts of the site you wish to subscribe to, or go for ScoobyNet Plus membership which gives you access all areas

You should also check out WR1 Owners Club - there should be a couple on sale on there. I picked up mine from the Top Marques internet website. If you find a good one
