Is it worth getting a body service??

Just had a look through the log book & see my Terzo only had 1 body service.
Its obviously out of its warranty, but I was wondering if anyone else bothers to get it done & what actually occurs when they do this to the car.
Lastly how much is it.

Yes definitely worth it. Makes your car smell like the inside of a gloss paint tin for ages. Wonderful especially if you're trying to sell it 
Seriously though, you should follow the warranty schedule for these even if they do make the car smelly.
