can anyone help??
I have just bought a impreza uk model year 2000 with a blown engine.
Does anyone know what the difference is between the earlier engines and the year 2000 and what would you need to change to possibly fit an earlier engine??

Later engines like your have manifold mounted coil and a different inetrcooler, you will need to swap your manifold to the new engine along with coil and leads.
