would buckled alloy wheels cause a car to pull to one side while the steering wheel is pointing straight?

I've just purchased a car which I have just found out has buckled wheels (both drivers side, the car has been kerbed or something) and the car is exhibiting tracking type problems with the car pulling to one side. I have had the geomoetry checked and it is spot on.

Thanks
