Where to buy a spec c?
Hi Guys,
I've been keeping my eye on here and on the market over the last few months. Really missing the performance of my Evo VIII MR (Astra VXR ATM) so I've decided to move over to the dark side and try to scope out a hawkeye (preferably) STi Spec C).
I saw one sell on carplanetltd.co.uk for about £17k - 55 plate, WR blue hawkeye with about 4k on the clock - exactly what i'd be looking for. I'm not fussy on the colour, nor the miles really (within reason), but I don't want to spend over £20k on it (just bought a new house).
I need to buy from a dealer as i'd be looking for a trade in and a finance deal.
Any ideas? Already know about litchfield, car planet and performance centre manchester.
Can these guys get you a "used" car to order from the far east?
Cheers.

Hi mate, (Paul from CS)
PCM or Litchfield will do you a car to order, both will do trade in's and finance. It's just the wait that will be a bugger!! I can recommend PCM from personal experience.

I'm gonna give them both a call at the beginning of next week.
Cheers for the advice guys.
Out of interest - how long is a typical waiting time if they're gonna import one for me?
Cheers.

My Spec C is from PCM. Wait time from winning it at the auction can be as much as 3 months! Car may sit in Japan for a month waiting for a boat, then 2 months for sea journey ...
